and an option of up to a maxiumum of five (5) images to be incorporated into the Our Services Page and or the Home Page. KillerWeb.com.au does not include and image modifications
with in this offered price but can be done for an additional cost if required.
Webhosting: All webhosting will be hosted on a Windows based server (3rd party of Killerweb.com.au). KillerWeb.com.au takes no liability for the likes of but not limited
to service interuptions and any items outside of our control. The webhosting included in this offer will include one (1) month’s free webhosting only. KillerWeb.com.au will advise
the client of when the free webhosting is due to expire, It is then the clients responsibility to arrange payment in order to extend this service. If their is no response from the
client, the webhosting will lapse causing the website and any associated email address etc to become unusuable. KillerWeb.com.au will not release any webhosting access until the
1 month’s free term is deemed complete. Once the 1 month’s free term is complete only then the client can request to have the webhosting transferred to them if required.
Domain Name: The advertised price does not include domain name registeration, this can be purchased from KillerWeb.com.au at an additional charge if required. Please notify us if
you require a domain name.
Payment: All payments are to be received and cleared before any works are to begin. The offered price is fixed in relation to the advertised offer and is non negotiable. Additional
works can be added but will not be included with this offered price.
Additional Works: Any additional works outside this offer is deemed chargeable and will be advised before any engagement of the works are to begin. Refunds: Any refund will require
written confirmation from the client, with a maximum of 50% of the total advertised price to be rewarded based on works already completed and webhosting charges. KillerWeb.com.au must be notified
within 7 days of the product going live in order to qualify for a 50% refund of the total advertised price.
Copyright and IP: KillerWeb.com.au takes no responsibility for any items supplied including but not limited to; images or text information. The website and all information remains the property
of KillerWeb.com.au until the 1 month’s free trial is deemed complete. Upon the completion of the 1 months free trial the website will then be released to the client from a maintenance point of view only.
All works including but not limited to, website files, designs will remain the property of KillerWeb.com.au indefinitely. By proceeding with payment for this offer you agree to all the terms and conditions
